Susanne Nylén

I bring together industry, research organizations, and innovation partners in Sweden and worldwide.

With more than 20 years of experience in innovation, internationalization, and collaboration, I thrive in complex environments where businesses, researchers, public sector organizations, and other stakeholders come together to create new opportunities and drive innovation.

I have extensive knowledge of both RISE and the Swedish innovation ecosystem, combined with many years of international experience. My strength lies in bringing people and organizations together, identifying opportunities that may not be immediately obvious, and connecting the right expertise, partners, and networks to turn ideas into action.

My work spans both strategy and hands-on work, from developing international partnerships and creating opportunities for collaboration to facilitating matchmaking between companies, researchers, and other organizations. What I find most rewarding is seeing an initial conversation develop into something tangible, whether it is a new partnership, a research and innovation project, or a business opportunity.

Today, I serve as Project Coordinator for the Sweden Brazil Innovation Initiative (SBII) and as an International Business Advisor within the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN).
