Matilda Löfgren

Matilda holds a BSc in Biotechnology and MSc in Industrial Ecology. She has experience in life cycle assessment (LCA), climate impact and sustainable agricultural systems. At RISE, she works with topics related to biodiversity and she is also involved in the development of RISE Climate database for food. 

Some areas Matilda works with include:
- Life cycle assessment (LCA)
- Quantification of environmental impacts from agriculture
- Impacts from land use change
- Method development and quantification of biodiversity impacts 
- Science Based Targets for Nature

Previously, she has worked as a research assistant in a project where she contributed to a holistic environmental impact assessment of agricultural systems. The project included analysis of several environmental aspects such as biodiversity, ecotoxicity, climate change impact and water use.
