Primarily working on the development of wood technology and timber construction, often related to tall wooden buildings, construction, joints, prefabrication, and the material properties of wood. With a background as a researcher at Chalmers University of Technology and Linnaeus University, I have many years of experience teaching structural engineering with a focus on timber construction.
Project leader for research projects such as "Dynamic response of tall wooden buildings to wind loads" and "Tall wooden buildings - a concept study", as well as projects on strength grading of birch timber. I also serve as a process leader for RISE's collaboration with Svenskt Trä and TMF. Additionally, I have assignments for the Swedish Forest Industries Federation within Bioinnovation and in the National Support Group to the Forest-based Technology Platform.
