Liv Lundberg

Liv Lundberg works on policy design for the energy and climate transition, with a focus on economic instruments. Her research includes support for industrial transformation, particularly in the iron and steel sector, the development of bio-CCS and reverse auctions, as well as policy instruments for transport—such as blending mandates and incentives for electric vehicles—and for renewable energy like solar and wind power. She works in an interdisciplinary manner with a particular focus on energy systems and has extensive experience from international research collaborations and dialogue with public authorities and industry. Liv holds a PhD in Energy and Environment and an MSc in Engineering Physics from Chalmers University of Technology.
