
Håkan Cavenius is a political scientist with extensive experience in IT and telecom, and conducts research at RISE on the societal effects of digitalization, urban development issues, social econometrics, and value-creating system changes. He participates in projects that concern smart cities, e-health, resilience, data protection, and digitalization in the public sector, and is part of the RISE team on foresight, futures, and scenario analysis.
