Gabriella Kalteneckar is a senior project manager and ecosystem builder, trained in strategic business development and marketing, with a background in industrial engineering and operational excellence. Her expertise spans the full chain from market and business strategy to systems, processes and organisational architecture.
At RISE, she works to develop innovation capacity and strengthen collaboration between industry, academia and the public sector. She is Head of Operations for Sweden AI Factory, a European initiative that makes advanced AI, high-performance computing (HPC) and data-driven innovation more accessible to companies, the public sector and research organisations.
Gabriella is also a business specialist in the entertainment sector, gaming and interactive media. Her work spans video games, serious games, edtech, simulation, immersive technologies, the cultural and creative industries, and the visitor economy. Through test and demo environments, innovation projects and national networks, she supports the development of new products, services and business models in both the private and public sectors.
A central part of her work involves identifying and addressing systemic challenges linked to innovation, skills supply, digital transformation and competitiveness. She often operates at the intersection of technology, policy, research and commercial development, where she helps turn complex societal and market challenges into concrete initiatives, partnerships and change.
Gabriella regularly contributes to national and international forums on innovation strategy, policy development and future skills needs.
