Gabriella Kalteneckar is a Senior Project Manager, Strategic Business Developer and Ecosystem Builder with a background in Industrial Engineering, organisational development and strategic business development.
At RISE, she works to strengthen innovation capacity and collaboration between industry, academia and the public sector. She serves as Head of Operations for MIMER AI Factory, a European initiative that makes advanced artificial intelligence (AI), high-performance computing (HPC) and data-driven innovation more accessible to companies, public organisations and research actors.
Gabriella is also a business specialist within gaming and interactive media. Her work spans video games, serious games, edtech, simulation, immersive technologies and the cultural and creative industries. Through testbeds, innovation projects and national networks, she supports the development of new products, services and business models across both the private and public sectors.
A central part of her work involves identifying and addressing systemic challenges related to innovation, skills supply, digital transformation and competitiveness. She frequently operates at the intersection of technology, policy, research and business development, helping organisations translate complex societal and market challenges into practical initiatives, partnerships and transformational change.
Gabriella regularly contributes to national and international initiatives focused on innovation strategy, policy development and future workforce needs. She has extensive experience in building bridges between diverse stakeholder groups and supporting executive teams, boards, entrepreneurs and public-sector organisations in matters relating to growth, transformation and long-term development.
Prior to joining RISE, Gabriella worked across logistics, IT, process industries and the experience economy, with a focus on Operational Excellence, governance, change management and organisational development. Her strength lies in combining strategic perspective with operational execution and in translating ideas, technology and policy into practical value.
