Frida Lindman is an architect and works as a project manager at RISE.
She has a particular interest in place-making and the interplay between the lived and built environment, focusing on how design can contribute to sustainable and caring urban and place development. Frida facilitates interdisciplinary and co-creative design processes, in which dialogue is central. Within the initiative S-P-O-K and the project Kreativa Norrland, she works to support and enable new collaborations and innovation among companies within the cultural and creative sector.
Frida also works on translating the New European Bauhaus Academy's theoretical framework into practical application, in the form of NEB Innovation Labs. This involves developing physical learning environments where learning and creation go hand in hand, contributing to place development anchored in concrete cases — a process involving municipalities, civil society, and CCI (cultural and creative industries) companies.
