Azadeh Soroudi is a highly experienced materials scientist with more than 20 years of research experience in polymer technology, functional polymer systems, and sustainable materials development. At RISE, she plays a key role in the development of polymer nanocomposites and thermoplastic blends, failure analysis of plastic products, studies of polymer degradation, accelerated aging and long-term stability, formulation and processing of polymers with tailored electrical properties, PFAS-free alternatives, and analytical method development. She earned her PhD in Polymer Technology in 2011 and subsequently conducted postdoctoral research at Chalmers University of Technology.
