I study consumer demand for (circular) products and services using choice experiments and applied microeconometric methods. My work provides decision support for businesses and policymakers by translating consumer preferences into actionable insights for product design, pricing, and effective policy design.
My expertise includes
- estimating consumer willingness to pay and eliciting preferences for circular product and service features;
- investigate how product and service design choices influence adoption; and
- evaluating the effectiveness of pricing strategies and policy instruments across heterogeneous consumer groups.
These insights are used to improve the design and targeting of circular products, services, and policies, increasing their likelihood of real-world uptake.
