Purpose
A power meter, wattmeter or converters (transducers)measures electrical power and is available as both single and multi-phase. We can also calibrate measuring bridges and loads for instrument transformers as well as perform calibrations for voltage, current and power for non-sinusoidal signals.
By calibrating your instruments and measurement systems with us, you get high quality measurements and minimize losses due to measurement errors. Regular calibration will also give you information about how stable the instrument measures.
Method
We generate the desired power levels using our reference equipment, which has uncertainty levels well within 0.01 percent. The measurement value of the measuring instrument is then compared with our reference equipment. The calibration can be performed single-phase or three-phase, 3-wire or 4-wire connection for all power factors.
When measuring large power, we use current and voltage transformers together with electricity meters or power meters.
Deliveries
We issue calibration certificates in Swedish or English. On our customer website for calibration, you can directly download the calibration certificate and get all the other information you need about the measuring devices.
