Miljöpack continues to monitor the EU's work on the legislation that complements the PPWR ((EU) 2025/40). New implementing acts and delegated acts will further clarify the requirements and contribute to a harmonised application of the regulation across all EU member states. We follow these developments closely and keep our members informed about what they mean for companies and organisations.
