Anders Holst is a senior research scientist at RISE, and an adjunct professor at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
Anders Holst's research is focused on statistical machine learning and data analysis, with applications primarily to classification, diagnosis, prognosis, clustering, causality, and anomaly detection. Methods used include Bayesian statistics, Mixture models, Probabilistic graphical models, and Information theory. He has long experience from applied research projects in cooperation with industry and society.
Anders Holst is also a member of the board for the Swedish Artificial Intelligence Society.
