Contact AndreasRISE is Sweden's NMI (National Metrology Institute) and, according to the Swedish constitution, is responsible for the central measurement quantities in the International System of Units, SI.
The National Laboratory for high-voltage and high-current maintains the best resources in Sweden when it comes to measurement and calibration. We endeavour continuously to develop our references and measurement methods to be able to meet the needs of industry, both domestically and internationally. To this end, we cooperate with sister organisations in research projects and in international standardisation efforts
Measurement of high voltage often means very large pieces of equipment that cannot be readily transported to a calibration laboratory. We therefore offer on-site calibration even at the highest voltages for customers both domestic and international.
Develop high-voltage and high-current measurement techniques. Partake in international standardisation in IEC and CENELEC. First-class high-voltage metrological research.
State-of-art calibrations of high-voltage and high-current measuring systems. The sheer size of many high-voltage and high-current measuring systems has made it imperative for us to provide our calibration services also on-site on the user’s premises all over the world
Provide testing services. High-voltage testing in-house, verification of energy measuring system in EHV electricity grids, electrical testing of trains on-board the rolling stock.
Develop test and measurement techniques and instruments Focal point is the needs of our Clients
