Documents for ICP Materials

The text of the Convention and its Protocols are the central documents of the Convention.

The most relevant Protocol for ICP Materials is the 1999 Gothenburg Protocol to Abate Acidification, Eutrophication and Ground-level Ozone.

The Protocol was amended in 2012 and includes in Annex I acceptable levels of air pollutants to protect materials. The Protocol has several Guidance documents with the most important being the Guidance document on health and environmental improvements using new knowledge, methods and data.
