Contact RaulGuidance for the systematic generation and verification of quantitative sustainability and environmental information relating to systems and products.
The systematic approach makes it easy to manage all the complexity of environmental and sustainability data, by combining a system analytical and measurement perspective, in practical steps, each with a clear goal.
The aim is to teach how projects and organizations can create verifiable sustainability information for any application.
We teach the general principles, policies, strategies and activities required to produce verifiable quantitative or qualitative sustainability information.
The systematics follow general principles of continuous improvement and follows an iterative Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) approach, starting from the current situation and with gradual feasible improvements. The training is based on the ISO standard Environmental Management System - Quantitative environmental information - Guidance and examples (ISO 14033:201, IDT) SS-ISO 14033:2019.
The course provides knowledge on how to collect, compile and report data to achieve the data quality and verifiability that the application requires, from planning, defining and collecting quantitative or qualitative data to calculation or other processing. General application areas are different types of life cycle assessments and footprints and management system's environmental and sustainability performance evaluations.
This competence is important for, for example, an organization's reporting system for internal decisions or for external reporting to owners, financiers, customers, for the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) or for the European Sustainability Reporting Standard (ESRS).
The education is aimed at you who already work with or want to learn how to work with developing systematic solutions for collecting and compiling sustainability information, for example for system development and reporting, but also for reviewing and verification of such information.
