Natalie Williams Portal is a researcher at RISE. She has a PhD in structural engineering (concrete structures) from Chalmers University of Technology, as well as MSc (Chalmers) and BSc (University of Waterloo) in Civil Engineering. She primarily works with experimental and numerical analyses of concrete and fibre-based reinforcements in concrete. In addition, she manages applied research within fortification, non-destructive measurement methods and Structural Health Monitoring (SHM).
