*All fees are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added with 25%. VAT can in some cases be refunded.
VAT-refund
VAT (Value Added Tax) rules for a physical conference imply that all delegates will be charged 25 % VAT, but the VAT can be reclaimed in most cases.
The VAT will be specified on the invoice. Hence, a valid VAT or tax registration number for your company organisation must be provided with the registration.

Card payment or bank transfer only. You pay with card* or Trustly in connection with your registration.
*Valid cards: VISA, Mastercard and Maestro

- Early bird registration deadline - April 15th
- Online registration deadline - May 24th
- Late registration / Onsite registration will be available after the online registration is closed and during the conference
