Triggered by the innovations that emerge from combining different technical disciplines together in a system perspective but also the new opportunities that comes with increased digitalisation. Strong interest in Leadership and has worked as Department Manager as well as Project Manager within Research and Development in a various number of contexts. Curious and exited about new innovations that can lead to improvement in society and strong beleif in collaboration to overcome obstacles. Earlier worked at Energy Conversion focusing on energy storage in Batteries and Hydrogen but also at Measurement Science and Technology and active in the initiative for a national network and test bed for 3D Tomography: CICT - Center for Industrial CT and Battery Analysis Lab.
