I am an experienced researcher in the field of Flavour Chemistry at the department of Agriculture and Food.
Before joining RISE, I worked with Aroma Chemistry in the Flavour Development unit at Döhler GmbH, a natural ingredients producer in Germany. During my career I have worked in academia, the flavour industry and at a research institute and covered a wide variety of products and their flavours. Solving challenges about which compounds are responsible for a "bad" or "good" smell of any type of material (for example food, hygiene or packaging products) and where they may originate from is now one of my main tasks here at RISE. If you have problems with your product because of an unknown smell, you can contact me and we can try to find the reason.
