Wojciech Wegrzynski, Building Research Institute (ITB), Warsaw, Poland

Wojciech Wegrzynski is a Professor of Building Research Institute (ITB) and the Deputy Head of the Fire Research Department. His research focuses topics important for our ability to perform performance-based engineering, and challenges inadequate treatment of important phenomena such as wind or loss of visibility. He works on car parks since 2010, and in 2015 he authored ITB 493/15 which is a design guideline for car park smoke control design. Since then he focused the introduction of EVs.
