Climate-proof solutions for urban areas
As cities grow, the natural ground surface disappears and is replaced with various hard and less water-permeable materials and products. The development leads to more flooding, overloading of storm water systems and to the death of many urban trees.
This project contributes to creating cities that are better equipped to face increasing urbanization and a more rainy climate. With new system solutions, local management of stormwater is promoted through flow equalization, purification and infiltration into the city's green spaces.
