Research activities include stabilization of nanoparticles, dispersion of 2D nano-materials such as graphene, hexagonal boron nitride, etc. Working with potential gas barrier materials, corrosion resistant materials, IR-absorbant materials, amongst others.
• PhD thesis focused on photo-electrochemical properties of nanomaterials.
• Hands on experience with characterization tools: TEM, SEM, FTIR, TGA, ICP-AAS, etc.
• Hands on experience with synchrotron based advanced characterization: EXAFS/XANES and XPS/XPEEM.
• Author of 32 research articles and book chapters (citations: >1000, h-index: 13, Feb, 2019)
