We combine experimental expertise with testbeds (see, with advanced instrumental analysis of food structure, materials science and aroma chemistry.

About the role
The role as Researcher includes generating and managing projects together with clients and public partners in the field of extrusion technology to develop tasty and healthy food products based on fundamental understanding of the raw material properties, physical and chemical mechanisms during and after processing, and how the process influences the final product characteristics. Together with your colleagues, you will be expected to contribute to the overall development of the extrusion area at the department. You will also be responsible for delivering scientific and technical results within project budget and time plan.
