I am an industrial researcher with a special interest in developing a future attractive and competitive industry in the face of accelerating change and increasing uncertainties.
My research is based on change processes and transitions in industry with a focus on the interaction between Human-Technology-Organization in early development phases. This includes areas such as production development, industrialization, digitalization, automation, improvement and development work, supply of competences, culture, learning, environment, sustainable work and integration of social sustainability aspects in design phases of production systems.
Projects are driven by industrial R&D needs and the social partners' priorities, as well as collaboration within networks with high ambitions to generate practical benefits and create "Win-win" for people, companies and the society!
