Sustainable work, innovation & competitiveness go hand in hand!
I am an industrial researcher with a special interest in the development of future production systems with attractive work and workplaces.
My research is based on change processes and transitions in industry with a focus on the interaction between Human-Technology-Organization. This includes areas such as production development, industrialization, digitalization, automation, improvement and development work, supply of competences, culture, learning, environment, sustainable work and integration of social sustainability aspects in design phases of production systems.
Most projects are driven based on the social partners' priority needs and collaboration in networks! Have high ambitions that R&D projects generate practical benefits and create "Win-win" for both people and companies!
