Karin has more than 15 years of experience in energy system analysis in a number of different research projects and assignments. Most projects and assignments have been around bio-based value chains and included techno-economic and environmental evaluation of various concepts/ development pathways, including opportunities for CCS/CCU, for industry and the heat and power sector under different conditions regarding, for example, development of energy prices and policy instruments. Karin has been coordinating the BECCS/CCU area at RISE since the beginning of 2021.
