Take the next step as a business advisor

Welcome to a digital workshop for those who support food companies or work closely with advisors to companies in the food industry.

Do you work with coaching food companies? Would you like to deepen your understanding of the advisory role, discuss with other advisors and gain inspiration?
You are warmly welcome to a morning of practical tips and exercises!  ‘Take the next step as a business advisor’ is a webinar that we have designed as a practical workshop. Register via the button.

When? Friday, 7 November, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Where? Digitally via Zoom (you will receive a confirmation email with the option to add the workshop and meeting link to your calendar after you register)
How? Online workshop with lectures, discussions and work in small groups.
Who is it for? The workshop is designed for those who work with business consulting for food producers, artisan food producers and companies in the food tourism industry. But it is also for those who work closely with business consultants in the region, county administrative boards or similar.

> Try out practical exercises from the book "Handbook for advisors: For small-scale food producers, artisan food producers and companies in the food tourism industry".
> Delve into questions such as: Who am I as an advisor and who is receiving my advice? We will hold workshops in small and large groups on roles, skills and identity as advisors and how these can be developed. Discuss with other advisors and get direct feedback.
> Practise how you as an advisor handle difficult conversations: Discuss in smaller and larger groups about advising in situations of financial crisis, mental illness and sudden crisis.
> During the workshop, we will work with real examples and you will gain inspiration for both group meetings and individual coaching.
