InnoTech TaskForce - A taskforce for green transition
Lack of skills and resources makes it difficult for municipalities to use data and digital technologies available for green transition. In the project we look at how a "task force" can promote green innovation.
The initiative aims to optimize resources and share expertise and challenges between regions when tackling climate change on their own.

In the project RISE is working with the understanding and further increasing the level of knowledge in southern Swedish and eastern Danish municipalities (and the ecosystem in general) in order to achieve more digital solutions in the climate transition.
In the project RISE is working with:
- A mapping of similarities and differences in the Danish and Swedish smart city ecosystem
- Contribution to a process tool for how a municipality can proceed to launch and implement new, green IoT-based solutions
- To look into what interoperability is needed to achieve the best effect from both a technical and organizational perspective
- Linking to upcoming EU legislation and future adaptation to data spaces
Please read more about the project on the coordinator's page. Here you will find news, good examples and much more.
