RISE has long experience and competence in organization research on digitalization strategies. We support established companies and industries in transforming their digital technologies into viable strategies, business models and operations.
To be able to utilize the full potential of digital technologies for sustainable growth, new strategies, business models and processes are needed. Often the impacts of digitalization (e.g. data sharing, aggregation, and analysis) goes beyond organizational boundaries and needs to be studied at the ecosystem level. At RISE, we apply "system of systems" perspective on digital transformation processes and guide stakeholders to reconfigure their competitive positions, offerings, and business models in line with the transformation needed within their business ecosystems.
