RISE gives this training in collaboration with Fraunhofer IPA with Dr.-Ing. Markus Rochowicz, Fraunhofer IPA as lecturer. The training is for 2 days and the lectures will be held in English.

Course Objective

This extended 2-day training provides a comprehensive understanding of technical cleanliness in accordance with VDA 19.1 and VDA 19.2. Participants will gain in-depth knowledge of cleanliness analysis, planning, and optimization processes, as well as practical methods for preventing re-contamination in production and assembly environments.

The course covers:

  • VDA 19.1: Inspection of technical cleanliness – extraction, analysis, qualification, and documentation. Newly revised version will be communicated.
  • VDA 19.2: Cleanliness in assembly – influences of environment, logistics, personnel, and assembly equipment, plus planning methods and practical examples.

What´s New?

The training has been extended from 1.5 to 2 full days, allowing for:

  • More time for to go through the new revised VDA19.1 (day 1).
  • A deeper dive into VDA 19.2 with production planning examples and group work.
