Welcome to the annual Manufacturing R&D Cluster Conference on May 5-6, 2021! This year with the theme Sustainable manufacturing - green value chains.

How far have we reached and where are we moving? What steps have been taken and what will happen in the future regarding sustainable production? These questions will be answered at the Manufacturing R&D Cluster Conference, May 5 - 6, 2021.
Leaders from Volvo Group, Volvo Cars, Scania CV, and the Vehicle Component Group will give concrete examples of measures they have already introduced and their plans for further digitization and sustainability of production systems and value chains.
The conference is digital, in English and free of charge, only registered participants can participate and receive the presentations afterwards.

The Swedish Manufacturing R&S Clusters
Our vision is to develop economically, socially, and environmentally sustainable manufacturing systems that are capable of effectively supplying the market with innovative products of the future. For this purpose, the Swedish automotive industry has initiated a structure for coordination of research and development - The Swedish Manufacturing R&D Clusters.
Organisers
The conference is organised by the clusters together with leading R&D performers in Sweden. Main organisers are the automotive industry in Sweden in collaboration with the Vehicle Components Group, RISE, SuPr/Södertälje Science Park, Production2030 and FFI Sustainable Production.
