Testbed for evaluation of stormwater techniques
A test beds for evaluation of stormwater systems have been established at HSB Living Lab in Gothenburg. The testbed give technology providers the opportunity to test and evaluate their technical solutions for stormwater management in a natural environment.
The testbed consists of two detention facilities with the total volume of 16 m3. After passing through the two detention facilities the rainwater is diverted to two sampling wells where flow samplers are installed and outflow data is continuously collected. On the roof of HSB Living Lab there is a rain collector monitoring the incoming flow to the testbed. Examples of technical solutions that can be evaluated in the testbed are retention facilities, raingarden and filter solutions.
