Method
RISE model for project room is a methodology for visualizing a product development project. The method is based on a room metaphor with 4 walls. The walls are used as surfaces to visualize different parts of a development project. The methodology has successfully been been tested at several companies. The working method is suitable for development teams of between 4 and 10 people. If there are larger groups, the participants can be divided into several "rooms". We help you get started with an application by first teaching the method and then coaching you during the implementation. It may be appropriate with three to five coaching sessions to get started.
Deliveries
The result of the method will be an implemented methodology for managing and following up product development projects and presentations in pdf-format.
