FutureReady by RISE - an initiative for school leaders
he collaborative project aims to equip and strengthen school principals in their role as leaders of a society-shaping institution in a time of significant changes. FutureReady by RISE focuses on leadership and the needs of principals to future-proof their operations.
In 2023, RISE Lifelong Learning has partnered with two school districts to jointly explore and create a platform where school leaders are prepared to face the future. The platform will address current future-related issues, and school leaders will be challenged to actively learn, explore, and prototype, both collectively and within their own institutions, in collaboration with experts from RISE.
The project will conclude in June 2024 after identifying needs, designing, and implementing a pilot program with principals from preschools, primary schools, and high schools.
Our collaborative partners in FutureReady by RISE are Lidingö Municipality and Academedia.
