New possibilities in eHealth pave the way for improved quality of life
A healthcare operator in the home to relieve the burden on hospital staff. Or an app that helps you to keep track of your blood pressure and remain healthy. Both are examples of what we call eHealth. The common denominator is that we use digital aids to promote health and quality of life; something that will become increasingly important as healthcare costs soar. Other areas of eHealth include digital medical technology, treatment via digital aids and digital genetics. There are currently a number of research projects underway in the field of eHealth.
