Performance of materials for storage and transportation of hydrogen

RISE has extensive experience in the area of materials for storage and transportation of hydrogen. We offer a membership program to support the development and industries within the area.

Membership program for research and development

Together with our subsidiary Institut de la Corrosion, we have extensive experience in the area of materials for storage and transportation of hydrogen. In combination with our partner IFPEN (IFP Energies Nouvelles) we have started the membership program "Materials in Hydrogen". The focus is on R&D activities regarding the interactions between hydrogen and materials for issues relating to the hydrogen energy industry.

Participation in our network

The Member research consortium (MRC) "Materials in Hydrogen" is a unique platform for networking among industrial partners such as end-users, material suppliers and manufactures. Our aim is to discuss and collaborate around common issues regarding materials used for hydrogen storage and transportation. Our vision is to provide an opportunity to collaboratively work and find solutions within the topics selected by the participants of the MRC, joining both practical knowledge and state-of-the art scientific expertise in the area.

Benefits for members

As a member you will get:

  • Access to a wide network
  • Access to scientific excellence and expertise in the area
  • Access to advanced analysis equipment in RISE, Institut de la Corrosion and IFPEN
  • Access to an extensive knowledge base through our regular meetings
  • Influence on the scope of the R&D projects

More than 20 international member companies participate in the program.
