Request documents, procurement and agent for concrete structures
RISE has many years of experience in compiling procurement documents, assisting with procurement and working as construction engineering agents when renovating concrete structures. We can help with all or parts of these works.
Request documents usually include administrative regulations, a technical description and a price list. Often relevant appendices and drawings are also attached to the documentation.
The procurement usually includes:
- sending contract documents to contractors
- compiling contractors' bids so that the client can decide which company best suits their needs
- preparing the contract.
The work as construction engineering agents includes controls, managing meetings and, if necessary, submit a building notification or apply for a building permit. RISE can also assist with control responsibility according to the Swedish law PBL (KA = Kontrollansvarig) if this is required during the renovation.
