Management of collaborative innovation in urban development

Organizational and professional boundaries create challenges and obstacles that make both ongoing activities that depend on collaboration as well as the implementation of innovative urban development projects more difficult. Based on previous research and professional experience, we at RISE can offer knowledge support in the form of training, coaching of leaders and employees, evaluation and analysis of collaborative projects with proposals for measures and various forms of follow-up research. By working closely with organizations, we can adapt various measures and initiatives based on the specific needs of customers and partners.

The goal is to increase the capacity of individuals, work groups and organizations to work with ongoing activities as well as development projects that involve two or more actors. We primarily target municipalities, authorities and other actors in the public sector.
