a basic e-course for those who want to work actively and strategically with inclusion in projects, processes and development efforts.

The research is clear: equality, diversity and inclusion are not just a matter of creating the conditions for a prosperous society – they are business strategic keys in operations, teams and processes. If we exclude these aspects in the development of technology and society, it risks having critical consequences and that we miss great opportunities for innovation. With the increased requirements and demand from legislators, financiers, customers and not least from an employer's perspective, we can no longer ignore these aspects.

Discover how active inclusion work and a norm-critical approach can contribute to new ways of working, the discovery of new target groups and even new products and services. By using inclusion in the process and your leadership, you will create solutions that more closely meet the needs of users and customers, which in turn provides a competitive advantage. RISE introduces a new e-education that provides broad knowledge about inclusion and methods for applying inclusion to increase the organization's innovative power. The training is designed specifically for those who want to work actively and strategically with inclusion in operations and projects. the training provides a broadened understanding of inclusion and norms, how we are affected by bias, what legislation around inclusion looks like.

 The training gives you tools, concrete exercises and insights to put knowledge into action. You also get access to downloadable method materials and templates, so that you can continue to develop in the field after you have completed the course.

What is included: The course contains a number of recorded thematic lectures and videos, interactive exercises and quiz questions. As a participant, you also receive method materials and templates for self-study and exercises to work with in your own business.

Time required: 2 hours of recorded video material + reference material. The total course time is estimated to be approx. 12 hours (including self-studies and exercises in your own business). You have access to the course for 3 months and can easily go back and navigate the content as you wish. You can easily divide the course over time, preferably planned over 2 weeks.

This course suits you who work with research and development projects of various kinds, strategists at regions and municipalities, administrators and project owners and innovation-promoting environments who want to develop decision-making, design and assessment processes.
