The workshop is adapted to the participants' needs. The emphasis is on methods from agile, lean and systematic product development. Before the workshop, the participants' needs are reviewed and the agenda and content are adapted accordingly.
Purpose
This workshop is normally given to a single company and the appropriate number of participants is between 5 - 15 people from the company. Adaptation is made according to the company's needs and the emphasis can be on different methods or phases in the product development process. The target group is mainly product developers of assembled mechanical and electromechanical products. Possible focus areas are:
