Important dates to keep track of.
26 May 2024
- Manufacturers must have a quality management system
inin place in accordance with MDR Article 10.9. - The manufacturer or authorised representative must have submitted a formal application to an MDR notified body.
26 September 2024
- By that date, the MDR notified body and the manufacturer must have signed an agreement.
