RISE is committed to adding value for customers and society, and our core business is expanding. Our new organisation brings together several research institutes and around 100 unique testbeds and demonstration environments. With this initiative, we are creating a strong, cohesive research institute that increases the rate of innovation in industry and society.

We are currently 2,800 employees who contribute to a sustainable future and competitive industry in a variety of ways. With five new divisions, we have a natural home for a variety of skillsets. This also gives our employees greater opportunities to meet and develop in creative constellations across research and organisational lines.

Transitions are never easy, and we are now looking for leaders who can bring a sense of security to change and take our internal and external collaborations to the next level. We need people with the collaborative approach and courage to keep up the pace required by our customers, partners and external stakeholders.
