Wooden constructions
Nationally unique test bed for wood and wood in combination with other materials. This testbed is a collective resource for testing and evaluating wood or tree-related constructions or products.
The test bed includes laboratories and equipment, in some cases mobile, in multiple locations where there is a possibility of testing everything from full scale to component level.
Properties that can be determined:
- Strenght and stiffness (all materials)
- Bearing capacity och function
- Durability
- Web based climate monitoring of constuctions
- Sound, floor bounce och vibrations
- Gluing properties
- Emissions
- Fire Retardant Treated (FRT) wood
