Purpose
Binders such as cement and masonry cement are included in system AVCP 1+ according to the Construction Products Regulation (CPR) which means autocontrol testing, supervisory testing, audit inspections and evaluation.
The results consume, among other things, the basis for customers' CE marking against EN 197-1 and EN 413-1, autocontrol testing and demonstrating that the product meets requirements in, for example, AMA Anläggning or SS 137003. For example, we have the opportunity to issue statements for compliance with moderate heat generation (MH), low alkali content (LA) and national sulfate resistance (NSR) according to AMA Anläggning.
Tests that we perform are usually accredited, but we also perform tests according to methods that are not covered by our accreditation.

Method
Testing and evaluation of cement, masonry cement and mortar takes place in our laboratory located in Borås. Audit inspections and sampling take place at the manufacturer. See common methods under Standards.
Deliveries
Test report, audit inspection report or evaluation report according to method/standard is obtained. Upon demonstration of compliance with the requirements of the AMA Anläggning, a statement is obtained.
