Contact ChristinaChemicals that come out of the process need to be analyzed, checked and classified in order to know what measures need to be taken during any post-processing. Suggestions for common analyzes for process chemicals can be found below.
We are happy to discuss analysis approaches to your production process chemicals. Below you will find examples of analyzes for the process chemicals lime, lixivium, soap, tall oil, white water and methanol. There is a package for incrustation as well.
Soap:
Tall oil - is a dark brown, viscous and sulfur-containing liquid that is formed during the production of pulp via the sulphate process, black liquor and comes from the extractives. The constituents of tall oil can be divided into fatty acids, resin acids, neutral substances and lignin (small amounts). It contains valuable chemical substances that can be further processed into, among other things, green chemicals.
Lixiviums - to make detailed evaluations of different sub-processes in chemical recycling, analyzes of the contents / composition of lixiviums in different positions are needed. We have a number of analyzes for each type of lixivium that can be performed to assist in the evaluations. Feel free to contact us for guidance and information.
