The science of sensory perception is increasingly important
Taste, sound, feel, scent and appearance; all of these are crucial to our perception of a product. We have a wealth of experience of measuring and evaluating products with regard to the human senses – both in terms of physical components and the overall impression. Although this primarily applies to foodstuffs, it is also relevant in the fields of sound, vibration, hygiene, pharmaceuticals and packaging. This includes materials development, design and the implementation of studies of research subjects, as well as multivariate data analysis.
