The Additive Intelligence 4.0 Conference

We are happy to announce that the Application Center for Additive Manufacturing at RISE is organizing the Additive Intelligence 4.0 conference together with partners of the center. We welcome you to join us on May 31 - June the 1st in Gothenburg!

The conference was previously held in 2018 and 2019, and was highly appreciated as it highlighted the latest research results, trends and industrial examples of how additive manufacturing strengthens Swedish industry.

The Additive Intelligence 4.0 conference address all parts along the value chain in additive manufacturing, from design and product development, material development and properties, to the manufacturing itself as well as post processes such as surface and heat treatment and quality assurance.

Digitalization is a natural part of additive manufacturing, which enables us to use various digital tools for example monitor and prevent failure during manufacturing. Moreover, to be able to take the step from prototyping to full scale production, topics such as environment, health, safety and standards are important elements and should be considered.

During the conference, there will be an exhibition and poster session, which will give you a great opportunity to delve deeper into different technical solutions.

This year's conference will address the following areas:

  • Sustainablity and sustainable materials
  • Work environment and health
  • Quality assurance
  • Design for additive manufacturing

Date and time:
May 31: 12.00-17.00 (lunch 12.00 and dinner 19.00 included in the price)
Jun 1: 08.30-17.00
