Webinar: Introduction to sensorics

How is taste, smell, feel, sound and appearance affect a product? How can changing sensory properties affect sales? What does the consumer say and how does a trained sensory panel really work?

Livsmedelsacceleratorn invites you to a free, digital seminar to answer the above questions. The seminar will give you an introduction to sensory science and why understanding of sensory science is important in developing and selling a successful food product.

Examples of how to work with sensorics in products

You will have the opportunity to listen to the experts Cecilia Norman and Penny Bergman from RISE who, through theoretical and practical examples, will guide you on how you can work with sensorics linked to both product and communication. As a participant, you also get practical tips on things you as a food producer can do today.

Practical exercises and questions

During the seminar you will receive presentations and have the opportunity to ask questions in a chat or at the Q&A. We will also have some practical exercises, and for that to be possible, you will receive a kit of samples sent to your preferred postal address a few days ahead of the seminar. 

The pre-sent kits are a prerequisite for being able to participate and to get as much as possible out of the seminar. In order to get your kit in time it is important that you register before May 25th.
