Emission 2.0 for a non-toxic environment

The testbed offers several possibilities to test, for example, composite wood products, paints and furniture, with regard to chemical emissions in tailored environments.

Variables are:

• Sampling flow and time

The test bed offers several possibilities to test, for example, composite wood products, paints and furniture, with regard to chemical emissions in tailor-made environments.

This nationally unique testbed offers opportunities for early and strategic decisions before and during product development, through optimized evaluations of the materials in the testbed.

The testbed includes a number of emission chambers of different sizes and capacities, conditioning rooms, analysis instruments, and experts with a longterm and wide experience in the field. Within the test bed there is also the additional opportunity for you as a customer to design your own, customized emission chamber.

Manufacturing is done through RISE in collaboration with the local SME:s Elmgrens and Logiksystem, located near the test bed in Borås, Sweden.

We may set up unique, non-standardized tests, such as tests of complete vehicle interiors in emission chambers and tests of emissions from 3D printers.
