Jennifer does research and contract work on sustainable production and consumption of food. Projects are often focused on calculating the environmental impact of a food product using life cycle assessment, or on developing tools that companies and public organizations can use to understand the environmental impact of their products and their activities, and how it can be reduced. Another area of interest is to help actors in society to reduce food waste.
