I am Chemical Engineer and I hold a PhD in Chemical Engineering with specialization in Food Technology and Biotechnology. Currently, as a Senior Researcher and Project Manager at the Process and Environmental Engineering section of RISE-Agrifood and Bioscience, I am leading the competence area of Valorization of Organic Material from food industry side streams and underutilized food commodities. Moreover, I have great experience in the development and application of novel and innovative freezing technologies for improving the quality of frozen food.
